Bruce B. Palumbo, Partner, is distinguished as an outstanding trial attorney and superior negotiator. Bruce has a proven track record of successfully obtaining the maximum recovery for his clients in all types of personal injury actions, business litigation, construction defect, product liability, insurance coverage, and employment matters. He is a master at the art of persuasion whether it is negotiating an expedient settlement or whether it is in front of a jury.
For the past 30 years, Bruce's clients have been able to count on him to carefully analyze the strengths and weaknesses of their cases, so that there are no hidden surprises.

Bruce started his legal career at The Travelers Insurance Company in 1972. He opened the Orange County office for The Travelers and was that office's Managing Attorney until joining the defense firm of Hall, Small, Burns & Palumbo in 1977. This firm eventually evolved into the multi-location defense firm, Ammirato, Palumbo, Milam & Baronian where Bruce was Managing Partner. In 1999, he joined Vincent Ammirato to form the firm of AMMIRATO & PALUMBO, LLP concentrating his energies on Plaintiff's cases.
Bruce has taught classes for the Insurance Educational Association, including civil procedure, insurance coverage, and torts. Bruce also acts as an arbitrator for the Los Angeles Superior Court Arbitration Program. He is a member of the Bar Register of the Preeminent Lawyers of America, and the American and California State Bar and the Los Angeles and Pasadena Bar Associations. He is also active in the Italian American Lawyers Association and American Board of Trial Advocates.
