Practice Profile
Vincent A. Ammirato, Partner, has distinguished himself as an outstanding trial attorney and negotiator. With over 32 years of practicing law under his belt, he has tried more than 110 successful trials in front of a jury. Because he has represented literally hundreds of clients, he has a wealth of skill and practical experience in delivering sound legal advice.
Vince's clients receive the absolute best legal representation possible because he is singularly dedicated to them. He is so dedicated,
in fact, that in October 2003, his peers together with the editors of California Law & Politics and Los Angeles Magazine
bestowed on him the rare honor of California's "Super Lawyers."
Fewer than three percent of California's lawyers are chosen for this award!

In 1971, Vince started his legal career by joining the prestigious defense firm, Buck & Smith. After only four
years of practicing with this firm, he became a partner of Buck, Molony, Nimmo & Ammirato.
In 1983, he distinguished himself by obtaining six Superior Court jury trial verdicts, the highest
of any civil litigation attorney in Southern California. Vince continued his successful record with
the firm of Ammirato, Palumbo, Milam & Baronian where he continued to excel at obtaining a record number of
successful jury verdicts. In 1999, Vince joined with his former partner, Bruce Palumbo, to form AMMIRATO & PALUMBO,
LLP focusing his efforts mainly on Plaintiffs' cases. His strength: He knows just how the defense
thinks because so much of his career centered on representing large corporations. Having defended several Fortune
500 corporations with a virtually flawless record, Vince brings this important, strategic edge to every client's advantage.
